Dr. Louise Freeman

Dr Louise Freeman graduated with honours from NUI Galway in Medicine in 2006 and was awarded membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners in 2013. She gained diverse experience working in both hospital and primary care settings in the UK for almost five years, before returning home to Mayo in 2018. Dr Louise enjoys all aspects of General Practice. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Infertility and has specialist training and vast experience in Menopause and Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives (LARC) and is a registered smear taker. Dr. Louise brings a diverse skill set and a holistic approach to her patients, with a focus on women's health, preventive medicine, and the management of chronic disease.
