Dr. Conor Farrell

Dr. Conor Farrell earned his medical degree from University College Dublin in 2001, and having completed the Midland GP Training Scheme he became a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners in 2007. He enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with interests in musculoskeletal & sports medicine, men’s health, minor surgery, and mental health and wellbeing, including ADHD in adults. Conor is also an Assistant Scheme Director on the Western GP Training Scheme.

Dr. Conor’s postgraduate achievements include a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow, and a Certificate in Family Planning. He has served as a team doctor for various sports teams, including the Mayo Minor football team. Dr. Conor was also a co-inventor of a novel treatment for rhinitis, whilst a BioInnovate Ireland fellow.

Outside of his medical career, Dr. Conor enjoys participating in adventure races, and is an avid cyclist, having completed the renowned Mizen to Mallin cycle in October 2023 with the Covey Wheelers Cycling Club.
